Scope
Planning, risk assessment, substantive testing of material balances, cut-off procedures, and evaluation of disclosures. Fieldwork may be conducted at your offices in Iwate Prefecture or at other agreed sites in Japan.

Duration
Typically six to ten weeks from planning kickoff to signed report, depending on entity complexity and readiness of working papers.
Where work happens
On-site at client premises when practical; remote review of secure document packs for follow-up queries.
How to prepare
Trial balance, general ledger extracts, bank confirmations list, inventory count schedules, and draft notes should be ready before fieldwork begins.
Constraints
Independence rules apply. We decline engagements where we have prepared the accounts or hold a conflicting advisory role.
Fees
Fixed engagement fee quoted after review of prior-year files and entity structure. Starting from ¥1,800,000 for a single-entity statutory audit of moderate complexity.
