Descriptions of financial auditing engagements, fees, and timelines on this site are informational. Actual scope, deliverables, and fees are set in the engagement letter for each client.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to White Shoal Audit House. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Working papers and auditor’s reports remain subject to the engagement letter and applicable professional rules.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an estimate.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Shoal Audit House is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content. Professional liability for audit work is governed by the signed engagement letter and applicable professional standards, not by these website terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Japan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
